IE 9 compatability

I've noticed a few problems with IE9. Depending on the doctype, the ejs library may fail on getting the chart context. Also noticed that the axis caption 'rotates' after rendering and the mouse moves across the canvas.
The following shows the issue:

Full support for IE9 is almost complete, and will be included in v2.3 which is scheduled for release very shortly.
